Ready-to-ship items are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Made-to-order and custom 3D-printed pieces have varying production timelines depending on the complexity of the design, printing time, and materials required. Once your custom piece is completed, it will ship within 2 business days.

Additional processing time may be necessary during periods of high order volume, for lengthy prints, or when specialty filament must be ordered.

Your estimated production timeline and any anticipated delays will be communicated in your custom order confirmation.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information.

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with original packaging where applicable. Returns requested between 15 and 30 days after delivery may be approved for store credit or exchange only. Returns after 30 days are generally not accepted. Custom and personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
